Helping women get their hormones in balance is my passion:
After over two decades of serving thousands of patients as a Family Physician specializing in women’s health and obstetrics, I now am focusing only on helping women manage and optimize their hormones. Balancing hormones can eliminate hot flashes, night sweats, insomnia, depression, and anxiety; and can improve memory, reduce breast cancer risk, and improve overall health. The use of low-dose, natural hormones and supplements, often with lifestyle changes, can often reduce or even eliminate the use of many prescription meds…. and help people feel so much better!

I have had many clients through the years who have had amazing improvements through this natural, and more scientific approach. If you have any questions about how optimizing your hormones might benefit you, consider attending one of my classes. If you are ready to get your hormones in balance, go ahead and schedule a consultation!

Since I no longer am doing traditional Family Medicine, I offer no services other than helping you get your hormones balanced. This means I do not do:

  • Annual wellness exams or pap smears
  • Acute problem visits, such as treating infections or injuries
  • Management of chronic conditions such as hypertension, diabetes, or depression or managing or refilling meds for those issues
  • Blood or other lab testing (with the except of providing and interpreting saliva tests, using ZRT Laboratory)
  • Immunizations
  • other general medicine conditions.

It is time to start feeling so much better!

Valerie Bonnett, M.D.

Dr. Bonnett has over 20 years of experience in general medicine, mostly working with female patients. For over a decade, she has researched and used natural hormone replacement to help women optimize function and well-being. She can help bridge the gap between cutting-edge science and applying that science to help real people regain health.

"Many women suffer from loss or imbalance of natural hormones. Hormone loss or imbalance can cause major symptoms such as hot flashes, night sweats, insomnia, mood symptoms, and even memory issues. Hormone loss and imbalance is also associated with major medical problems such as heart disease, high blood pressure, and even increased cancer risk. Some women lose most of their hormones around the time of menopause, but many women have hormonal imbalance much earlier....even going back to their teens. Hormonal imbalance can cause emotional imbalance. Many women get placed on meds for depression and anxiety....when they would do better getting their hormones back to normal!" ~ Dr. Valerie Bonnett

Dr Seheult has been doing fantastic scientific videos about coronavirus. Here he briefly discusses vitamin D deficiency and increased incidence of severe Covid-19 infection. He makes a really good point. What would the harm be in treating vitamin D deficiency in high risk people, like those in nursing homes? Or like I've recommended previously, people with dark skin, who tend to have very low vitamin D levels. YouTube is removing videos that recommend therapies that are not approved by the WHO. In my opinion, this is entirely unethical. There is almost no possible harm in giving high risk groups vitamin D. Doctors and patients should be able to use all the tools available to them and YouTube should not be censoring the flow of scientific ideas. ... See MoreSee Less

Kinda have to wonder what is really going on? Governor Cuomo said yesterday that the numbers have been so wrong and his state did not need all the ventilators they had ready.

Thanks for posting this and I agree about YouTube...very unethical! In fact I bet this one disappears soon too.
